MindApps offers guided mindfulness sessions for free for everyone working at Norrsken House. The intention is to assist all staff in establishing a regular meditation practice — as research shows that it is a very good investment to spend about 10-15 minutes daily in meditation.

When we do a meditation during the workday, preferably during a time of the day when we start to feel a bit unfocused or tired, we often find that we come back to our tasks with a more refreshed and clearer mind. Ultimately, we’re getting that time back through working more effectively.

Since this time of the day for many is in the afternoon, we offer meditation sessions at 3 pm.
